The new boutique hotel overlooking the most fashionable waterway in the world welcomes Guests to its intimate home away from home. Located on the Canal Grande, between the Rialto and Accademia Bridges. Piazza San Marco, the Fenice Theatre, Palazzo Grassi, as well as all the major attractions and principal monuments of the "Doges' city" can all be easily reached with a short walk or by using the vaporetto that stops a few meters from the hotel.The pedestrian entrance just on the canal the Palazzo also offers its Guests a boat private wharf - a rare comfort in Venice.
