Your Home Base for Loire Valley Touring - Near Tours, Blois and Amboise

Le Fleuray Hotel-Restaurant is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO world heritage site, surrounded by the castles of kings and queens from Frances rich history, their gardens and vineyards.  This lovingly restored country house hotel, originally built in the 1800s, is situated close to the river Loire and the finest castles, historic towns such as Amboise, Tours, Blois, famous vineyards, and a wealth of cultural, leisure and sporting attractions.  Famous châteaux such as Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, Blois, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Chinon, Le Clos Lucé, Langeais, Ussé, and Villandry provide a wealth of local touring options.

Every charming bedroom is individually decorated and named after a flower, with views over large gardens and peaceful countryside.  All rooms have private bathrooms, queen or twin beds and flat screen televisions.  Many have terraces.

The hotel is an excellent choice for families, because the larger rooms and connecting suites are ideal for families.  The hotel also has Internet access in the lounges, available PC and PlayStation, and high chairs in the dining room.  There are also tennis courts on the property.

Le Colonial Restaurant

The hotel’s restaurant and garden terrace offer a selection for every age, taste and budget.  An oasis of calm in an increasingly frantic world. Sip a chilled glass of Vouvray chosen from our wide selection of Loire wines. Watch the sunset over rolling French countryside from our shaded garden terrace.  In winter enjoy a mouth watering canapé in front of a crackling log fire and let the Le Fleuray magic weave its spell. Classic French cuisine with a contemporary touch, dishes that burst with flavor.

Choose either from fixed price inclusive menus, or any dish or combination from à la carte choices. Naturally a varied vegetarian menu and children’s menu are always available (advise hotel of any specific dietary requirements when booking).  The wine list features reasonably priced Loire Valley wines, personally selected by our sommelier. Our chef proposes inventive seasonally changing menus that have made the delightful restaurant and garden terrace, one of the most popular in the area.

Things to Do

For relaxation, there is a covered, outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub, heated to an ideal temperature with views over forest and countryside.  Spa treatments such as massages, manicures, pedicures and facial treatments are also available.
