Hecker's Hotel is a privately run four-star hotel in the western part of Berlin. For the last four decades we have offered excellent service and a personalised atmosphere for our guests. 69 highly modern rooms and suites, some with added luxurious features, aim to please all tastes and demands. The restaurant Cassambalis adjacent to our hotel with its Meditarranean cuisine is a popular meeting point for a sophisticated array of guests from the worlds of culture, politics and the media. There is also a rooftop terrace for relaxing on nice days, and a lobby bar.
The central location between Kurfürstendamm und Savignyplatz is ideal for a shopping trip or a relaxed stroll through the city. International designers, well-known shops, art galleries, numerous cafés, restaurants and Germany's most famous department store are all within walking distance. The government district around the Reichstag, the exhibition centre at the Funkturm or Berlin's museums, theatres and concert halls are quickly and easily reached by public transport. The hotel offers 66 rooms and 3 suites all equipped with radio, cable television, minibars, roomsafes, telephone, fax, and computer links. Twenty-six of the rooms have been upgraded with marble baths and individual controlled air conditioning. For long stays we especially recommend our apartments with kitchenettes and walk in closets. On our newly decorated 6th floor we offer 3 suites, each with different design styles. All the suites feature Bang & Olufsen DVD TV's, individual controllable air conditioning, under floor heating inthe bathrooms and generous living areas. Also an additional TV in the bathroom. Hecker's also offers same-day laundry and shoe clean service, room service, a 24 hour concierge, and daily newspapers are available. Non-smoking rooms and disabled facilities are available on request. There is a parking lot and underground garage. The Economy class rooms are not air-conditioned, but the Business class rooms are air-conditioned.
Breakfast is served in the hotel lobby daily from 6:30 - 11:00 a.m. During the day guests can enjoy the atmosphere with tea or coffee. A night cap is available with a variety of drinks at the bar. The restaurant "Cassambalis", which is open for lunch and dinner offers a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.
