On the ground floor of Dolphin Square, the Dolphin Bar & Grill offers a convenient option for dinner, and on-site shops in the Dolphin Shopping Arcade provide an opportunity for residents to stock their kitchen without having to venture into town. Residents at Dolphin House have access to an exceptional range of onsite facilities, including the sophisticated Club Lounge and Champagne Bar, our beautifully designed contemporary indoor pool, riverside tennis court, gymnasium and squash courts. Dolphin House recognizes our environmental responsibility and is committed to improving our performance towards a sustainable future. From employees to guests, we will strive to minimise the impact our business has on the environment. To date we have undertaken a wide range of initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint. In July 2009 Dolphin Square set up a Energy Saving Committee tasked with assessing the energy consumption and environmental impact of current and future operations. We have undertaken a wide range of initiatives: Installing an automated heating system that regulates with the outside temperature. The heating system is shut down during the summer months. All Apartments are equipped with energy saving light bulbs. All Apartments have been installed with water saving shower heads. We actively encourage our guests to participate by asking them to switch off all electric appliances and lights when not in use; towels and bed sheets can be changed twice weekly. All paper usage in Dolphin House is 100% recycled. We are actively promoting e e invoices and have reduced paper invoices by 50%.
