The fully air-conditioned 3-star establishment offers you 138 apartments over 7 floors: 108 studios for 1 or 2 people and 30 one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people. The studios are furnished with sofa beds. In the apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedrooms.

Ideal Location

The Apart’hotel is ideally situated halfway between the Bastille area, one of the liveliest in the capital, and the Marais, a historical centre of Paris. Narrow streets and passages and its Haussmann-style buildings are the essence of this neighborhood. The area also boasts of many restaurants offering a wide variety of menus, numerous boutiques and cinemas and second-hand shops. For the more culturally inclined, check out the Bastille Opera in this quarter. And don’t forget to visit the banks of the Seine or the canal Saint-Martin for mini-cruises.

Comfort and Convenience

Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with a toilet and hairdryer, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and fridge, TV with satellite channels, hi-fi system, direct-line phone and safe deposit box.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 4 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
