From the private courtyard,
a small stone paved path leads to the main gate onto the street. From the street,
there is barely a hint that this apartment in the heart of Latin Quarter even exists!
This is a fantastic two bedroom/two bathroom apartment on the first floor of a 1930's art
deco building and was recently completely renovated to high standards. Spaciously
organized with an area of 810 sq.ft, the apartment offers ample living space with luminous
living areas, comfortable bedrooms (king and twin/king), fully equipped kitchen, and two
modern bathrooms
The apartment is quite chic with glass and limestone finish as the recurring themes. The
living room area is composed of 2 sand colored sofas are upholstered in natural cotton and
linen. The Isamu Noguchi free form coffee table stands on a shimmery shag rug. The wall to
wall graphic artwork accents the neutral palette of colors and materials with vivid red
hue.
Adjacent to the living space, the dining room displays a rectangular glass top Le
Corbusier table and Ultrasuede Nobilis cubes. The two niches open onto the corridor to
allow maximum light flow throughout the apartment.
The striking kitchen made of glass and limestone. Countertop and credenza made of almond
green glass and wall cabinets of black glass. The bottom cabinets are chamois colored. Ovens and cooktop (gas burners) are the only
visible appliances, everything else is under the counter or out of sight. The kitchen,
supplied with dishes and utensils for 6+ persons is equipped with a refrigerator,
convection and microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all other necessary supplies.
The handsome master bedroom overlooks a small private garden and offers a king size bed.
On the other side, a wall to wall dressing allows ample storage space. The whimsical
second bedroom displays a wall to wall mural and twin beds which can be united into a king
size bed upon request.
The master bathroom displays an impressive black glass top cabinet from Villeroy and Boch.
Light taupe stoneware tile flooring and limestone finish on the walls. Custom made
oversized bathtub designed as a small pool includes a fixed oversized rain shower head as
well as a handle unit.
The ample shower room displays a large countertop made of light and dark gray stoneware
tiles. Hand wash basin is made of stone. Walls are dressed in limestone finish. The
oversize rain shower is equipped with a hand unit as well.
Elegantly furnished with modern classics, the apartment comes with a range of services
including housecleaning once a week, Cable TV, washer/dryer, air conditioning, WIFI and
