On the edge of the 7th and 15th arrondissements, one of the most elegant areas of Paris, this beautiful Hotel Particulier was built in 1860 by the present owners grandfather! The family still retains this charming 2 bedroom apartment with a splendid view over the Avenue de Suffren on to the Champs de Mars one one side and a garden on the other.
Within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, numerous restaurants, excellent food shops and boutiques. Easy metro service to the Champs Elysées and right in front of the building is direct service to St Germain, Montparnasse and Luxembourg Gardens.
A fine entrance with interphone and security digicode leads to a broad staircase and elevator. The elegant first floor apartment is approximately 1000 square feet. The spacious living room has tall windows overlooking the Champs de Mars, parquet floors, good rugs, comfortable furniture and TV. Some fine antiques and interesting art compliment the decor. Bedroom 1, off the living room and overlooking the Avenue de Suffren has two single beds and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 overlooks the garden has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower attachment. Good modern bathrooms. Separate WC. Excellent well appointed eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Ample storage in a walk-in closet. Initial linen supplied. Local line telephone. Central heating controlled by the building is included in the rent.
