Delays, Late Arrivals, No-Shows

Please note that the driver will wait for one hour ; if clients do not show up within that hour, the transfer will be billed to the client’s credit card. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the hotel in a timely manner of any changes to the schedule or of any delays. If the client needs the driver to wait longer, the charge will be EUR 30 per additional hour. This may be arranged by calling the hotel at 01 4549 7000 (from a French phone) or +33.1.45497000 from a foreign phone.

The Victoria Palace Hotel accepts that the limousine company makes every reasonable effort to find and meet their clients, but neither the Victoria Palace Hotel nor the limousine company can assume responsibility for cancelled or delayed flights or if clients are detained by lost luggage, customs officials, etc. In no event will the Victoria Palace Hotel pay for taxi fare or other means of transportation, even if the transfer is included in a package. Failure to meet the driver does not entitle the client to any refund, compensation, discount etc. on any part of the package or stay.
