Palazzo San Lorenzo Apartments (Center Village Colle Val D’Elsa)

The spacious apartments offer a new concept in Holiday Homes, in that they combine the freedom and comfort of being able to enjoy the of services offered by Hotel Palazzo San Lorenzo, with the comfort and warm, homely atmosphere of a splendid home.
The twelve apartments of the Palazzo, integrated into the ancient structure, are in optimal locations and are all equipped with a private entrance. All rooms can boast refined style, welcoming spaces and modern design, revealing an appearance of warm, intimate luxury.
Each dwelling is equipped with one or more bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, designer bathrooms and all amenities such as TV, air-conditioning in the living area and bathroom with whirlpool bath or shower.
The twelve apartments are spread out between three common entrances: on the Torrione side, on the Piazzetta side and on the Gracco del Secco side.
- Each apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.
- The apartments are equipped with a sofa or armchair bed.
- The day of arrival and that of departure can be decided by the guest.
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00; advance notice must be provided for late arrivals outside of this timeframe.
- Parking is available 150 metres from the apartments. You can drive right up to the entrance of the apartments for loading/unloading of baggage.
- All apartments are equipped with an autonomous heating system. They also have air conditioning in the living room.
- The apartments are equipped with a flat-screen LCD TV with Italian channels.
- The apartments do not contain a washing machine, cleaning detergents, hair-dryer, iron, safe, clothesline, telephone, internet connection.
- The kitchens are equipped with pots and pans.
- Final cleaning of the apartment is scheduled and, for stays of at least 5 nights, extra cleaning is also scheduled halfway through your stay with change of linen.
- Upon request, additional cleaning is available at a cost.
- A small grocery store is available within walking distance from the hotel, while the nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, in the lower part of Colle Val d'Elsa.
- You can have a buffet breakfast at the hotel for an extra fee of 9.90 Euro per person per day.
DOUBLE
La Cisterna: Appartamento ground floor with outdoor stairs with panoramic view over the medieval part of the town, for 4 people. Composed of big living room with double sofa bed, kitchen area, one bedroom and one bathroom.
Il Piano: Apartment at ground floor, spacious and bright, for 4 people. Composed of a living room with big French door with arch, with double sofa bed, kitchen area, one bedroom with king size bed and ceiling with arch, and one bathroom.
Porta Nuova: Apartment at first floor, for 4 people. Composed of spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, bathroom and one bedroom.
L'Oratorio: Second floor apartment with 4 beds. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Romantica Colle: Third floor apartment, bright, with large windows and a beautiful original supporting beam, with 4 beds. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
TRIPLE
Il Vicolo: First floor apartment with 4 beds. It consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
I Tetti Del Colle: Second floor apartment with 4 beds. It consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
QUADRUPLE
Il Torrione: Apartment at first floor with a wonderful panoramic view over the historical centre of the town, for 6 people. Composed of big living room with double sofa bed, kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Il Baluardo: Apartment at first floor for 6 people. Composed of spacious living room with double sofa bed, kitchen area, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and big bathroom bith bathtub with hydro massage and shower.
La Piazetta: Apartment at ground floor for 6 people. Composed fo spacious living room with kitchen area, double sofa bed, one bedroom with king size bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom has bathtub with hydro massage system and shower.
Le Volte: First floor apartment with 6 beds. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, reachable via a short flight of stairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Inside the apartment there are numerous original vaults and various niches, also vaulted, embedded in the wall.
Gracco del Secco: A bright apartment with exposed ceilings located on the third floor, with 6 beds. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower.
