Villa Mozida is an elegant villa located 20 minutes from Florence. The villa is surrounded by the hills of Florence and is nestled between olive trees and vineyards. Parts of the villa date back to 1300 and the properties origins date back even further. The villa can easily accommodate 14 guests with its seven bedrooms including 4 double and 3 singles (beds can be combined in one of the singles). There are also six bathrooms and one wash room. Six of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
On the first floor of the villa, there's an elegant and large hall with an enormous fireplace, two living rooms, a dining hall with table that can seat 14, kitchen, and two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The second floor there's a large hall with piano, a cozy living room with satellite TV, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a big twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a double bedroom and a twin canopy bedroom that share a bathroom. The ground floor has a wine cellar, gym with sauna, laundry room, and staff quarter.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large estate-like property with a private park, swimming pool, olive orchards, laurel hedges and a large lawn perfect for playing children. There are two outdoor living areas within the park.
Included services: Daily cleaning (except on Sunday) by in-site staff (available for guests all day up to 7 pm, except from 1 to 3 pm), Service for continental breakfast (except on Sunday), Electricity, Gas, Water, Final cleaning, Weekly change of linen and towels.
Facilities: The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms, A DSL WI FI line for Internet connection, Satellite TV (with several channels of movies in English), Fax machine, Cd player, Little gym with sauna, Swimming pool (open May-September), Hairdryers in all bathrooms, High chairs and portable cribs for infants. All bedrooms have mosquitos screens at the windows (no screens in the tower bedroom).
