Villa Kavalla is a panoramic luxury villa for up to 12 guests with extra size pool and big enclosed gardens. On the top of a hill, this holiday villa is located in the heart of Chianti countryside. Villa Kavalla offers one of the most magnificent views of Tuscany and is in the ideal location to visit the region's treasures. Florence and Siena are within 30 min by car or public transports from the nearby town of Poggibonsi.
The entire villa is 400 square meters on two levels linked by a charming external stairway leading to the daytime areas on first floor. The arched dining area of the holiday villa is big. The wonderful stone fireplace is perfect for warming up during the cooler months. A reading room with library and comfortable sofas provides a relaxing atmosphere where guests can taste fine wines that are left for guests in the fridge bar. There are two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a kitchen on the same level. The ground floor is illuminated by wonderful natural light and features a living area with wide screen television and CD player. There is also a terrace with gazebo and two more bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a twin bedroom with a separate large bathroom with shower and tub.
