The Torre GalFa Luxury Apartments Una Esperienze residences are located in a strategic position: they are right by the Central Station which in its turn has connections to the main airports and the MM2 and MM3 underground stops, as well as bus and tram stops. The area offers plenty of public transport connecting it with the city centre and the main places of interest. You can use it - or go by foot if you prefer - to get to the Duomo, the brand new Porta Nuova district, the Fashion Quadrilateral, Corso Como, and Brera. The Central Station is home to about a hundred shops and in just a few minutes you can be in Corso Buenos Aires, one of Milan's most important shopping streets.
Designed by Melchiorre Bega as the headquarters of the oil company Sarom, Torre GalFa's name comes from its position: it is a portmanteau name consisting of the first letters of the place where the two streets Via GALvani and Via FAra meet. Built in reinforced concrete and with continuous glass and aluminium façades, its load-bearing structure is almost totally hidden, giving it an it an elegance that can be attributed to its "simple beauty that can communicate truth", to quote the words of Giò Ponti, one of Milan's most influential architects and designers. The perfect proportions of its volumes, the simplicity of its lines and structural rise have made it one of the defining buildings on the Milan skyline.
The 63 two-, three-, and four-room apartments, all luxuriously furnished and served, located on the top 13 floors from the 13th to the 25th, are all very bright and offer incredible 360° views over the city of Milan. They differ in terms of category and size, but not in prestige and elegance. They feature state-of-the-art services and offer splendid views to their guests, whether they face the city or the enchanting panorama of the Alps.
Bright surroundings thanks to the large windows; spacious, welcoming rooms including open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, living area with dining table and sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, ironing set, and desk. More specifically, the 43 two-room apartments include bedroom and bathroom, the 15 three-room apartments two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the 5 four-room apartments three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with bidet, hairdryer and courtesy set. Four of the apartments are accessible for people with disabilities.

Superior One Bedroom - Comfortable apartments of approximately 65 square meter with a bedroom and bathroom. The door opens up to a living area comprising a lounge with table for four and open kitchen. The furniture includes a sofa bed with double mattress (160 x 200 cm), footrest, bookcase, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The kitchenette has a filter hood, induction hobs, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The lounge leads to the bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) with headboard in flame-resistant leatherette, bedside tables, wall lamp, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and a desk with drawers. The bathroom has a sink, cupboard, and full-body mirror, floating fixtures and shower stall with large shower head. The apartment also has a washing machine and a safe. Sleeps up to 4 pepople.
Deluxe One Bedroom - Comfortable apartments of approximately 74-80 square meter with a bedroom and bathroom. The door opens up to a living area comprising a lounge with table for four and open kitchen. The furniture includes a sofa bed with double mattress (160 x 200 cm), footrest, bookcase, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The door opens onto the living area with open kitchen, lounge and dining table for eight.
