44 Curzon Street is situated in the centre of Mayfair. The busy pedestrian area, full of interesting shops and many varied pubs, cafes and restaurants, has a village atmosphere though only 5 minutes from Piccadilly. Green Park and Hyde Park are just a short distance from the apartments and offer peaceful walks and places to relax.  These prestigious serviced apartments are designed to provide comfort, privacy and the freedom to do exactly as you please - whether on business or holiday. We offer a luxurious home away from home - in the heart of London, together with excellent personal service and careful attention to detail.  Local attractions include Shepherds Market, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, & Royal Academy of Arts.  The apartments are located 17 miles from Heathrow Airport, 30 miles from Gatwick Airport, 600 yards from the Green Park Underground, 1 1/2 miles from the train station, & 600 yards from the bus stop.

All 20 apartments have been furnished to a very high standard to meet the needs of the discerning traveler and are well suited to those wishing to entertain or hold business meetings.  Our larger apartments, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and eat-in kitchens, have spacious reception rooms, with large formal combined living/dining areas, ideal for longer stays. Every kitchen is fully equipped and in addition, room service is available from a local restaurant, with light meals and snacks brought direct to your apartment door. The recent addition of marble bathrooms and superbly designed English-made bedroom furniture has greatly enhanced our one bedroom apartments.

A resident housekeeper ensures the smooth running of all day to day requirements, including dry cleaning and personal laundry, newspaper deliveries, shopping for provisions, wine, & flowers. There is maid service 6 days a week.  Reception desk staff are on hand to arrange theatre tickets, sight-seeing and restaurant reservations. Grocery store is right around the corner!

Amenities include: Alarm Clock/Radio, bathroom welcome pack, CD player, central heating, direct dial telephone, dishwasher   and washer/dryer in 2 bedroom/2 bath & 3 bedroom/2 bath apartments, fridge, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, kettle, kitchen welcome pack, microwave, oven, room safe, satellite TV, toaster, VCR (upon request), voice mail, & a baby cot (upon request).  Services available at extra cost: Chauffeur, Laundry, parking close by, & room service. 44 Curzon now features 2MB broadband connection in all the units (wired and cable provided). There are no computers in the lobby to use, but there are a number of internet cafes close by and cost as little as 1 GBP per hour.

**For transfers the driver will arrive 1/2 hour after the plane has landed and go to arrival lounge and hold a sign with the family name clearly marked on it. **

• 2 & 3 bedroom apartments DO NOT all have a lift to get to them. Small & Elegant Hotels requests the ground or 1st floor for all of these apartments. A few of the 2+ bedroom apartments are located across the street at 10 Curzon Street and there are (3) three bedroom apartments located at 33 Charles Street just around the corner from 44 Curzon Street.
