An exclusive residence once known as Casina dei Cavalieri or Foresteria, spread over 3 levels and composed of three independent units, though it is possible to reserve the entire structure.The 3 apartments, each of 100 m², have independent entrances and were thus designed to offer guests maximum privacy. The apartments are named after 3 tree specimens – symbols of resilience and longevity – present in the Botanical Garden surrounding the villa: Canfora (ground floor), Ginkgo (first floor), and Cedro (second floor). The ground floor can accommodate 5 people in 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with a double bed that can be split into two single beds upon request. The first and second floors can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed that can be split into two single beds upon request. The interiors have been furnished with meticulous attention to each element, combining historical charm with contemporary design, comfort, and high functionality. The apartments are all air-conditioned, equipped with smart TVs, Wi-Fi, walk-in showers, microwaves, dishwashers, memory foam mattresses with toppers, and induction cooktops.
Canfora Apartment
From the cozy living room, you access a 100 m² exclusive garden, creating the perfect atmosphere to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. Under the shade of a historic Cinnamomum camphora, you can enjoy outdoor time, caressed by the ever-present breeze.The apartment consists of a living/dining area, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with a double bed that can be split into two single beds upon request), two bathrooms with windows and walk-in showers, a walk-in closet, and a kitchen that dialogues perfectly with the garden through continuous glazing.
Ginkgo Apartment
On the first floor is the Ginkgo apartment, of 100 m², with a floor in handcrafted terracotta lozenges.From the dining/living area, one can enjoy the surrounding nature through numerous windows and French balconies.A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed, two French balconies, an en-suite bathroom with a large window and walk-in shower, and another bedroom with a double bed (which can be split into two single beds upon request) with a French balcony. From the second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large window onto the greenery, preceded by an access corridor—almost a secret passage—there is an area that houses only a large oval, floor-level bathtub in which one can immerse oneself directly. Through massage sequences, the bathroom transforms into a private spa with a panoramic window.
Cedro Apartment
On the second floor, you'll find Cedro, a 100 m² attic apartment with access to a private terrace featuring a transparent glass balustrade—perfect for catching glimpses of the gulf and enjoying moments of relaxation. Upon entering, a staircase crafted from glass and wood—illuminated by a skylight in the sloping roof—leads to the sunlit living area, where the seating and dining spaces are bathed in natural light.The separate sleeping area offers a master bedroom with a double bed, a French balcony, an en-suite bathroom with a porthole-style window offering scenic views, and a walk-in shower; a second bedroom with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds upon request) also features a French balcony; and an additional bathroom with a window and a walk-in shower. A unifying feature throughout is the exquisite natural oak parquet, lending a timeless elegance to every space.
