Small & Elegant Hotels is delighted to announce a partnership with a Transfer Company for Rome & Florence to provide a variety of unique and specialized services to our clients including transfers, excursions, bike tours, car hire and more. 

 

Transfers

At each destination, travelers can enjoy transfer services via private car with an English-speaking driver to and from the airport as well as to and from other popular destinations within each city. These transfer services make for a hassle-free way to get to your final destination after a long day or night of air travel.

Excursions & Cooking Classes

Acampora also offers a variety of excursions including bus tours, bike tours or walking tours with focuses on different themes including sightseeing, art and culture, music, food, shopping, cooking and more. For example, in Tuscany travelers can enjoy a Pasta Cooking Lesson where attendees learn to cook three different kinds of Italian pasta with sauces or take a half day or full day tour of Pisa including stops at the Leaning Tower and Pisa Cathedral.

Private Transfer Service from Airport to hotels in Venice and vice versa

By private water taxi (from 1 to 6 guests with 8 pieces of luggage)  from airport pier to hotels provided with own water entrance. For hotels with no private water entrance the drop off and pick-up will be at the closest pier.
Portage service at the airport is included for up to 6 pieces. The distance between the arrival hall and water taxi pier is approx. 800 mt that can be done on foot or by private car (for an additional cost). 

The 3 types of transfers are:

• Meet and Greet service
  Hostess will meet your guests at the arrival hall and accompany them to the water taxi
• Full Assistance service, per way
  Hostess will meet your guests at the arrival hall and accompany them all the way to their hotel
• Only water taxi, per way
  Clients are requested to present themselves to our desk at the airport and deliver their voucher. They will receive the information and directions to reach the water taxi pier and embark on the reserved water taxi.
   

Private Transfer Service from Rail Station, P.le Roma and Tronchetto car parking, Port Cruise to hotels in Venice and vice versa

By private water taxi (from 1 to 6 guests with 8 pieces of luggage) from Santa Lucia railway, P.le Roma or Tronchetto car parking or cruise port to hotels provided with own water entrance. For hotels with no private water entrance the drop off and pick-up will be at the closest pier.

Portage service at the train station includes up to 6 pieces of luggage.

• Meet and Greet service, per way
  Hostess will meet your guests at the arrival hall and accompany them to the water taxi
• Full Assistance service, per way
  Hostess will meet your guests at the arrival hall and accompany them to their hotel

From the above terminals, transfers can be provided only with hostess assistance. For the departure transfers by private water taxi and hostess assistance, the full transfer assistance is suggested for clients staying at hotels with no private piers. Clients leaving from the Venice Airport and that choose the Meet & Greet service, will be met by the hostess at the hotel (if with no private pier). The hostess will take them to the closest pier and embark on the water taxi. If the hotel has a private pier, the hostess will meet the clients at the airport pier to take them to their check-in.
