Affitacamere Monica (Monterosso)

Cinque Terre Area, Italy

"Affittacamere Monica” is located right in the center of the old town of Monterosso, in the most “historical” palace of the village, the former Podesta house. This medieval palace, located in the front of the Parish Church of St. John the Baptist (built in the XIII century a.d.), was for centuries the political center of the life of Monterosso. The nobility of the structure is testified by the remains of columns and marble friezes that used to decorate the main facade.

"Affittacamere Monica” fills part of the second floor of the building, and is managed with courtesy and efficiency by Silvana, mother of Monica. The rooms, furnished with taste and attention to detail, are all equipped with private bathroom, television, and refrigerator, ensuring complete relaxation in an atmosphere that retains all the charm of history without giving up comfort.

Only a hundred meters from the beautiful beach, a stay at "Affittacamere Monica” will allow you to truly live the history of Monterosso, and will enrich a classical holiday with a prestigious and unforgettable dive into the past.

"Affittacamere Monica” offers two bedrooms, both equipped with private bathroom, television, and fridge. The main bedroom has a wonderful view of the Ligurian Gothic style facade of the parish church, with the beautiful rose window, one of the most beautiful in Liguria. Monica and her mother Silvana are waiting for you to spend your unforgettable stay in the Cinque Terre.
