Each one is different from the others in terms of colour palette, materials and décor, while having certain architectural features in common: the main one being the fireplace. But also the furnishings, designed and created by artisans from in and around Florence; zebrawood and teak, the woods chosen for the floors; the wainscoting in lacquered wood and wengé embellishing the walls; the curtains and fine fabrics used to upholster the seats and cushions, without forgetting the high-performance, fully equipped kitchens, and the bathrooms designed to be home spas with mini jacuzzi and chromotherapy pools.
LUXURY 2 ROOM APARTMENTS
Three 55 square metre apartments ideal for two guests, consisting of two communicating rooms that can be totally separate if required thanks to the elegant sliding doors that separate the large sleeping area from the bright living area.
They comprise a double bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe, living area with lounge, dining table and island kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and various utensils. The white marble and alabaster bathroom with bidet, includes a courtesy kit, robe, towels and hairdryer. The accommodation has a flat-screen satellite TV with DVD player, music speakers, air conditioning, heating, minibar and free Wi-Fi. Special highlights of all the apartments are, of course, the fireplace in the lounge and the chromotherapy shower with jacuzzi.
LUXURY 3 ROOM APARTMENTS
Three quiet 85 square metre apartments for four guests (max. 3 adults) with balcony overlooking the interior courtyard, a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed. The living area with its wonderful fireplace can be turned, if necessary, into a second bedroom or a study area totally separate from the rest of the apartment, thanks to the elegant retractable sliding doors that provide maximum privacy for those travelling together but who need an area set aside to be used as an office.
The living area comprises a lounge, dining table and island kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and various utensils. The two white marble bathrooms, one en-suite with a mini-jacuzzi pool and one with shower, include a courtesy set, robe, towels and hairdryer. The accommodation has a flat-screen TV with DVD player, air conditioning, heating, minibar and free Wi-Fi.
