By Plane: Catania Fontanarossa Punta Raisi Palermo, Trapani and Reggio Calabria are the nearest airports to the Aeolian Islands.
By Train: The nearest train station is Milazzo. To / from this town trains arrive and depart from the major Italian cities.
By Car: We recommend not to bring the car in August as the rule is tourists can bring a car only if they are staying at least a week.
If you wish to bring your car or motorcycle with you - let us know in time so that we can send a pass.
By Sea: The Aeolian Islands can be easily reached by hydrofoil or ship from the ports of Milazzo, Messina, Reggio Calabria, Palermo and Naples. Milazzo is the nearest port from which depart every hour, hydrofoils or ships. They embark from the ports of Milazzo and Naples. The last ship from the port of Milazzo is the NGI at 9:00 pm. From Naples in the summer there are two hydrofoils daily and weekly 2 ships.

The Catania Fontanarossa airport is served by a private shuttle service (bookable from our hotel) at a cost of € 25.00 per person, each way. In winter, the cost is € 35.00 per person, each way.
