Therasia Resort is located on Vulcano Island, 25 km north of Sicily. Archipelago Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner outdoors on the restaurant's large terrace during the summer months, giving guests a pristine view of the sea and islands. The elegant, refined restaurant offers a variety of eno-gastromic cuisine, created by the chef who has interpreted the finest colors, perfumes, and flavors of Sicilian cuisine, creating light, innovative dishes using the finest olive oils, fish, and low-fat meats, and an abundance of vegetables. All dishes are accompanied with carefully selected Sicilian and national wines from the hotel wine cantina.
Il Cappero Gourmet Restaurant is open during the warm summer months, usually from June to September. It features the typical "cannizzi" straw-roofing often seen around the Aeolian Islands, shading from the hot Sicilian sun. The restaurant enjoys an idyllic setting boasting splendid views of the Aeolian Islands where guests can enjoy dinner by soft candle light. The chef best reveals his excellent culinary skills delving into an artistic universe where the dishes express themselves in one universal language by taking traditional Sicilian cuisine and interpreting it with passion and skill.
