Whatever you want to eat, drink or see they can point you in the right direction. On the other hand, if you need inspiration, they can offer unique suggestions to make your stay in Milan a special
one that takes you off the beaten track and into the intriguing. Nothing is too much trouble, it’s our pleasure to assist and our hope is that each and every guest feels at home.

Each room is carefully curated with an assortment of design pieces from both canonic names and lesser-known talents. Artistic touches in a range of forms from paintings to sculptures to prints, add intrigue and charm. Italian craftsmanship can be seen in the pieces of made to measure carpentry, blacksmithing and stone coffee tables which were commissioned to add unique elements to the mix.
RECEPTION AND CONCIERGE
Whether you need assistance making reservations, local tips, information or just to chat about your holiday, our concierge team are happy to help. The concierge desk is open daily from 8:30am – 6:30pm. In preparation for your trip, let us know when you will arrive and we will arrange your check-in. In case of an afterhours check-in, you simply need to warn us ahead of time and we will organize to be there to greet you upon arrival.
FREE DRINKS AND SNACKS
Guests have snacks and facilities for making hot drinks in every room at Crossing Manzoni. The shared kitchenette (expertly disguised as a wardrobe with Colefax wallpaper) which opens into the lounge space is equipped with a Nespresso machine for making coffees and a fridge which is always fully stocked with soft drinks. There is an ice maker available for use in a cupboard in the corridor. Guests have 24/7 access to the kitchenette and are welcome to help themselves to the artisanal products on offer. The Penthouse Suite option (Scala) on the lower level, is a combination of the Bagutta and Venezia rooms,
which, when booked together has its own fully equipped (strikingly designer!)
CLEANING
Our team change the towels daily and bedlinen every other day.
TECHNOLOGY
At Crossing Manzoni we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and guest rooms are equipped with a latest model Philips 50-inch Smart TV with SKY sport and cinema channels.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
When you arrive or depart you are welcome to leave your bags with us in our storage area. We will take special care to look after them so that you can make
the most of your time exploring Milan without having to worry about your belongings.
