This innovative, modern and refined restaurant pays homage to Milan, a city famous for its style, with both a sushi menu and a selection of Italian gourmet dishes. The restaurant’s central theme are these dishes with unique, authentic and gourmet flavours based on the freshest of ingredients, all of which are produced in Italy. There are two kitchens, one ethnic and helmed by Marco Gargaglia, the chef of the Il Vizio in Perugia, which was recently awarded Three Wands by the Gambero Rosso Guide. While the kitchen for sushi, raw and traditional dishes is in the hands of Taro Shimosaka who hails from Japan and is passionate about Italy.
