Villa Tessera has a swimming pool, embraced by the green land of Tuscany, not far from popular tourist stops. It's very easy to reach by car a lot of important Tuscan seaside towns: in 25 minutes you can reach the white sand beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the sea resort of Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico and the beautiful Rimigliano’s natural park, in the south of San Vincenzo. It’s very easy to reach Piombino and Livorno, that are the most important boarding places for the island of Elba and for all the others Tuscans islands. In Rosignano there is a new tourist port that’s called cala dei medici, where you can see some of the biggest and richest sails of Tuscany and a lot of shops. The villa is very close to the bigger Tuscan cities, that are famous for their ancient and artistic monuments and by the cultural point of view: so in an hour to hour and a half, you can arrive in Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, etc.
The villa is elegantly decorated in an old charming Tuscan style. The bedrooms are situated either downstairs or upstairs. It sleeps 16 and 2 in the Dependence that is also furnished with old furniture in an early 19 th century. This luxury villa also has a small chapel and spacious terrace with vaulted antique stables making it a great location for a wedding, a meeting, a photographic shooting session or for an art exhibition. The villa has 4 double rooms and 4 other rooms with twin beds. One of the double rooms has a fireplace and a single entrance for an intimate stay. There is a master suite too with a personal living room, a bathroom and a small bed for children. In Villa Tessera, guests may spend unforgettable moments enjoying the Tuscan countryside while also enjoying modern comforts.
