Situated in the heart of the historic center, right next to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, and within walking distance of the exclusive shops along via Condotti, is Daniel's Hotel. This is a new hotel, probably the most modern of the district, but it boasts a multilingual and experienced staff that will make you feel like at home. The hotel has the breakfast room on the roof top, where you can enjoy a superb panoramic view. You can choose between Saint Peter's Dome, the Altare della Patria or Santa Maria del Popolo, and you will really be surrounded by beauty and history.
The hotel has only 14 rooms, including Junior Suites, Double Standard, Superior and Triple. The rooms occupy all five floors of the small building. They are brand new, larger than most Roman hotel rooms, and feature wooden floors, good quality furniture, and great mattresses. The Double Standard rooms and Superior rooms have Queen-size beds. The Double Superior rooms also have a sofa bed that can be converted in the Triple room. Junior Suites are very large, with a sitting area and flat-screen TV, plus a very large bathroom with double sinks, triangular whirlpool bathtub and terrycloth robes.
Rooms at the back of the hotel are very quiet. The hotel has no connecting rooms (for families or friends), but some floors have only two rooms. There are some non-smoking rooms, and hotel is air conditioned from May until the end of October. All the rooms have double-glazed windows, pollen-filter air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, free Wi-Fi service, mini-bar, satellite TV, and a private tile bathroom with shower, whirlpool bathtub, hair dryer, telephone, magnifying mirror, good make-up lights, and very nice courtesy set. Fresh fruit is offered in the rooms every day, and there is evening turn-down service. There are two elevators.
Daniel's Hotel features an excellent Italian Continental Breakfast with daily fresh pastries, salted or sweet, local fresh Mozzarella and ricotta. There is a glassed-in rooftop terrace for breakfast, and the hotel also offers complimentary room service and daily newspaper, babysitting services, and valet parking.
