The Hotel Bellevue Suites & Spa in Cortina d’Ampezzo provides all sorts of comforts, including a Spa and a Fitness room equipped with avant-garde Technogym machines. The 2 Restaurants offer a traditional cuisine, in perfect harmony with the style of the Bellevue Suites & Spa.
The Hotel Bellevue has 20 Classic Double Rooms and 46 suites with one, two or three bedrooms. The rooms are decorated in the typical Cortina d’Ampezzo style with warm period parquet flooring, precious wood panelling, soft lighting and balconies which open onto the spectacular mountain views of the Dolomites. The rooms are entirely paneled in fir or mountain ash with engraved frames and capitals. The paneled ceilings are finished with a central carved rose motif (el cànpo). The motifs and the decorative elements of the upholstery are inspired by the hand painted floral designs of the furniture.
RESTAURANT
Stella Polare Restaurant and Bellevue Restaurant propose a traditional cuisine re-interpreted with great imagination by the Chef Claudio Sfiller. Dishes range from Treviso red lettuce, Lamon beans, Venetian artichokes with Marano corn used for polenta, as well as the most famous cheeses such as Asiago, Montasio and Grana Padano. Numerous products have characterized cult dishes such as marinated anchovies, risotto with beans, Venetian liver, creamed codfish, lamb panada and fritolin.

BAR
The Bar is situated in the lobby area inside the hall of the Restaurant and is open from 10.30 a.m. to midnight. Inside the event Hall, in a calm and reserved atmosphere, it is possible to request Bar service.
TERRACE
The Terrace of the Hotel Bellevue Suites & SPA is an oasis immersed in a green environment with a breathtaking view, where it is possible to enjoy an aperitif and delight the palate with delicacies of the Chef. The ideal place to relax, enjoy the mountain sun a few steps away from Corso Italia which due to its boutiques and antique shops is one of the most popular places visited by Cortina’s vibrant social life.
SPA & FITNESS
After a day out doing excursions, here is an oasis of well-being, soothing the senses and purifying the body and mind. The Spa is equipped with a Finnish sauna, a steam room, a Mediterranean bath, an emotional shower perfumed with essences, a corner with herbal teas, a relaxation zone with Tibetan salt walls that ionize the area and three rooms for first class beauty treatments executed by qualified experts.
