The hotel offers its guests, a refined atmosphere with large and bright rooms: Classic, Superior and Deluxe. Every room is equipped with every comfort: private bathroom with hairdryer and heated mirror; electronic Key; LCD Sat TV; direct dial telephone; Internet WI-fi access; mini bar; air conditioning; safe.
The Resort, immersed in the nature of its large estate, offers the opportunity of spending one’s holiday in prestigious apartments set in five nearby farmhouses, enjoying relax and privacy. They are all furnished with original ancient furniture and can host from two to six people. It is also possible to choose the suite in villa stay, that is staying in apartments using the Hotel formula.

Our Ristorante Recanto is a gem at the heart of the valley: Thanks to its panoramic windows, your eyes can feast on the stunning scenery of hills and mountains dotted with charming farmhouses, while you delight your palate with the flavours of the homegrown ingredients in our traditional cuisine. Take a seat on our comfortable chairs... browse through the menu with its seasonal dishes, and then close your eyes to savour the taste of the chickpeas and oil produced by our organic farm or our homemade pasta, grilled meat, or vegetarian dishes that you simply have to pair with one of the six selected labels from our wine cellar. And for our little guests? They can act all grown-up: They have their very own menu to choose from with ham roses, delicious tortellini, organic chicken, colourful salads, and homemade desserts.

An extra bed can be added to this room for a 3rd person.
Deluxe Rooms - 28 sq. meters - Our deluxe rooms are a real treat for the eyes. Get ready for the beauty of the countryside you’ll admire from your private terrace, the elegance of the recently refurbished interiors, and the almost futuristic style of the bathrooms, which are the perfect complement to the understated charm of the rooms.Delight in the oak parquet, the cream and lavender shades of the walls, and the king-size bed that you’ll adore sinking into after a day exploring Umbria. An extra bed can be added to this room for a 3rd person.
Executive Suites - 40 sq. meters - Executive suites are the perfect blend of modern and traditional. The furnishings made of wood and leather stand side by side with antiques that have belonged to our family for generations, while the large bathroom has a futuristic style. In the evening, after a long walk in the countryside or one of the Umbrian villages, let yourself be soothed by the bubbles in the large natural whirlpool tub or enjoy the nighttime view of Assisi and its walls. These suites have a double sleeping sofa so they can accommodate up to 4 people.
Family Suites - 50 sq. meters - Family suites are as the same design as the executive suites, but with a little more space. They can accomodate up to 4 people.
Wellness Suite - 40 sq. meters -Our Wellness suite offers plenty of space and a private terrace that overlooks the countryside and the ancient town of Assisi. Master Suite - 92 sq. meters - Our Master suites are ideal for people who love the finer things in life, for discerning travellers who want their room to be their own corner of paradise. Spacious, elegant, and carefully designed right down to the smallest detail, from the colour palette to the fine wood of the furniture and parquet flooring, these rooms offer you privacy and freedom. You’ll find two bedrooms, each of which has a private bathroom, and a panoramic terrace with romantic views of Assisi. You’ll enjoy indescribably wonderful moments in the spa area with elegant whirlpool for two and in the steam room where you can immerse yourself in the velvety-soft steam.
Country Resort Apartments
You can choose between spacious two-room, three-room, deluxe, and duplex apartments that offer space for up to 6 people. All of them feature an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub or shower, and, most importantly, boundless views of the Umbrian countryside. Throw open the window, let the curtains flutter in the breeze, and gaze out towards the walls of Assisi, spotting the outlines of towns on the horizon: That’s what we call freedom, and you’ll find it at our resort in Umbria with spa. By the way: The spa of our Hotel Valle di Assisi is also accessible to external guests. Because after an adventurous day in the great outdoors or exploring the charming lanes of Assisi, a spot of relaxation is just the thing.
Villa del Frattore - 5 Bedrooms/5 bathrooms
Our estate is also home to our two-storey Villa del Fattore with private pool, where you’ll discover the true meaning of the word “well-being”. This private villa for 10 people in the open countryside is located just 6km away from Assisi and will transport you to another age. The large lounge with fireplace and wooden benches plus the bedrooms with exposed beams and terracotta flooring take you back to the days when our grandparents lived in ancient Umbrian farmhouses, with painted wooden beds and hand-crafted chests. Of course, we’ve taken the liberty of adding a few extra comforts, like the whirlpool in the private bathroom of your master bedroom or the pool, the wood stove, and the barbecue outside the farmhouse, where you can enjoy cooking against the stunning backdrop of the authentic Umbrian countryside.
The private pool with garden and barbecue area are the highlight of this villa. Featuring a separate entrance, the villa has 2 living rooms, 1 patio furnished with table and chairs, 5 separate bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms. The two floors of the villa are connected by an external staircase. The master bedroom has a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The other 4 double bedrooms all have private bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is well equipped overlooking the garden and has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, table, chairs, dishes, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area equipped with flat-screen TV, a comfortable table and chairs. The large seating area with direct views of the garden and pool has sofas, piano and a fireplace. Upstairs is a spacious entrance hall with fireplace, sofas and a coffee station corner for making tea and coffee. Enriching the amenities is a bright room equipped with an ironing board and iron. Making the location exclusive is a private church for celebrating nonreligious events and weddings. Final cleaning: a 200 euro end-of-stay cleaning fee is required.
