Fernando III Hotel is located in the heart of the city, in Barrio Santa Cruz in the Old Town side of the Jewish Quarter. It's near the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Alcázar, the Indian Files and the Maestranza Bullring.

The hotel opened in 1969 and was recently renovated (2012). A Building of Sevillian eighteenth century architecture, Fernando III Hotel is praised unanimously by the Historical Heritage Commission in Seville. The hotel's decor has been highlighted and enriched with paintings by Alfonso Grosso and Miguel Gutierrez Fernandez, distinguished Sevillian painters and professors of Fine Arts.

Rooms come in two categories, Double Rooms and Junior Suites.

Double Room: Rooms for 1, 2 or 3 persons, equipped with double bed or twin beds (on request upon arrival). All rooms have a desk, minibar, safe, satellite TV, WIFI internet access, air conditioning, heating and room service. It is the ideal combination of relaxation, comfort and functionality.

Junior Suite: Quiet and large rooms for 1 or 2 people, ideal for guests wishing to enjoy comfort and enjoy beautiful views of downtown. They have a separate seating area for work or to relax during your stay. All of our suites are fully renovated.

The hotel has 154 rooms including 6 junior suites and features an outdoor pool and sun terrace, exclusively for its customers, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the old city of Seville with the Giralda in the background. Other ameneties and features include meeting rooms, an in-house restaurant, complimentary wireless internet, a cafe bar, private parking, babysitters (on request), and laundry (on request).
