The Hotel Antiche Mura enjoys a superb central position in the main square of Sorrento and is the ideal base for exploring this amazing town and the beautiful surrounding, like Capri, Pompei, Ercolano, and all the Amalfi Coast. At the hotel, attentive service is available 24/7.
The relaxing swimming pool area offers hydro-massage and the Citrus grove garden offers a relaxing view. There is a Breakfast Room, with art nouveau flooring, artfully lit by a wrought iron grapevine decorated with clusters of grapes in Murano glass: a garden in flower on the old city walls. The hotel overlooks the ancient valley of the mills of Sorrento and it internally houses the ruins of one of the four original towers of Sorrento belong to the XVI century. Standard Rooms
Standard rooms are between 20 and 23 square metres including the bathroom. The bedroom can be between 13 and 15 square metres and the bathroom between 7 and 8 square metres. The standard room can accommodate max two guests and the bed configuration can be either with 1 double bed or with 2 twin beds.
Comfort Rooms
With full Balcony or terrace, the comfort room with balcony is the perfect room for who wish to enjoy a lovely drink on a balcony having the beautiful view of either the Ancient Valley of the Mills, or of the pool and citrus grove garden or the front of the hotel. This room is bigger than the standard and has better views and a table and two chairs on the balcony or in the room. The bathroom is also larger. The size of the Comfort room with balcony is between 25 square meters and 29 square metres including the bathroom. In particular: the bedroom can be between 17 and 20 square metres and the bathroom between 8 and 9 square metres. The Comfort can accommodate two or three guests with either 1 double bed or with 2 twin beds for the Comfort Double, and either 1 double bed and 1 single or with 3 single beds for the Comfort Triple.
Junior Suite
Exclusive Beauty, relaxing sofa corner and beautiful view of both ancient valley of the mills and front side of the hotel…. A deluxe Suite that will satisfy all your expectation!
With either full balcony/terrace, or 6 French balconies or 6 big windows, the Junior Suite will surprise you with its well studies spaces, elegance and its huge king Size bed (2 m long x 2 m large). This room is bigger than the Comfort Rooms. The correct is 38 square metres including the bathroom. In particular: the bedroom is 29 square metres and the bathroom is 9 square metres.
Suite with Jacuzzi
The delicate wall decorations, the hand-painted floors by Vietri master craftsmen, the Jacuzzi, the King size bed: a taste of the past with the comforts of the future for a dream Holiday! The Suite with Jacuzzi is made by two beautiful rooms divide by an heavy curtains. It has 1 Flat Screen TV LED of 40″ in one room and 1 Flat Screen TV LCD of 32″ in the second room, 1 beautiful Murano glass Chandelier, 1 big bathroom with Jacuzzi, 1 entrance and a beautiful French balcony overlooking the luxuriant and romantic Valley of the Mills. This is the biggest room that we have at the hotel Antiche Mura. The correct size is 54 square metres including the bathroom. In particular: the bedroom is 42 square metres and the bathroom is 12 square metres. The Suite can accommodate up to 5 guests and it is perfect not only for couple but also for family as a Double, triple, Quadruple and Quintuple Suite with Jacuzzi. The bed configuration can be:
- Double Suite with Jacuzzi: either with 1 double king Size bed or with 2 twin beds
- Triple Suite with Jacuzzi: 1 king Size bed (or two twin beds) in the first room + 1 single bed in the second room
- Quadruple Suite with Jacuzzi: As the triple Suite + another single bed in the second room, or
- Quintuple Suite with Jacuzzi: As the Quadruple Suite + another single bed in the second room
Family Rooms
The hotel Antiche Mura offers several solutions to accommodate family groups:
- Family of 3 people: 1 triple comfort with balcony, or 1 triple Junior Suite, or 1 triple Suite with Jacuzzi
- Family of 4 people: 1 Quadruple Junior Suite, or 1 Quadruple Suite with Jacuzzi, or 2 standard rooms next to each other, or 2 Interconnecting Comfort room with balcony, or 2 Economy rooms with high windows next to each other, or a Family apartment of 2 rooms with small kitchen and 2 bathroom
- Family of 5 people: 1 Quintuple Suite with Jacuzzi for 5 people, or 1 Comfort triple room + 1 standard double Room next to each other, or 1 Comfort triple room + 1 standard double Room next to each other, or 1 Comfort triple room + 1 Comfort double Room with balcony interconnecting. In any of the solutions written above you can have either double or single beds
Economy room
The economy room, with high window, is the perfect accommodation for all the people who look forward to have a comfortable room without giving a lot of importance to the view or to the balcony or to a normal windows. This room type has all the services of the superior rooms but its window is high and small and it starts at 1.80 cm from the floor while a normal windows starts at approx 1.40 cm. For this reason the view is restricted. The size of the Economy room is a bit smaller than the standard and it is between 17 square meters and 20 square metres including the bathroom. The bedroom can be between 12 and 14 square metres and the bathroom between 5 and 6 square metres. The Economy room can accommodate max two guests with either with 1 double bed or with 2 twin beds.
