Sorrento is located on the Peninsula of the same name (the northern stretch of the Amalfi Coast), 55 km from Naples by road, or 14 nautical miles across the water. The International Airports of Naples and Rome are 50 km and 250 km away, respectively. Nearby the Hotel, guests may find restaurants, bars, pubs, discos, night clubs and shopping area. Strategic position for the excursions to Capri, Pompei, Positano and Amalfi Coast as it is very close to the train and bus station and Sorrento harbour.
Arriving by plane
Land at Capodichino International Airport in Naples, which is connected to the major international and Italian airports. If requested, a car will pick you up at the airport and take you to Sorrento in approximately one hour. There is also a public bus service from the airport to Sorrento.
Arriiving by train
Arrive at Naples Central Station. Change to the local train, the “Circumvesuviana”, which leaves for Sorrento every 20-30 minutes. The journey to Sorrento (last stop) takes 1 hour and 15 minutes. One of the stops on the line from Naples to Sorrento is Pompei Scavi, the nearest station to the archaeological site of Pompei. If requested, a car will pick you up at Naples Central and take you to Sorrento. The local train station is just 200 metres from the hotel.
Arriving by car
Take the A3 Napoli-Pompei-Salerno motorway and exit at Castellammare di Stabia, then follow the signs to Sorrento. Once in Sorrento go to Piazza Tasso in the town centre where you will find the hotel. Journey times vary according to traffic and season. With a car, resorts like Amalfi, Ravello and Positano are all within easy reach, just a few km along the Amalfitana coast road.
Arriving by hydrofoil
Daily service all year round with departures from Naples (Beverello pier) and Capri. The harbour is just 800 metres from the hotel
